This has always been a topic that has been swept under the carpet for as long as I can remember. No Government Agency or NGOs are interested in anything that only demonstrates the facts and shows women to be the greater culprits. It's is just ignored or denied or just swept under the carpet and meanwhile all those agencies who claim to be there for the purpose of protecting children, just endorse and promote this farce via their refusal to promote it or even recognise that it happens..
