Surely, sooner than later, employers are going to wake up to the fact that employing a female anywhere in your business is going to come back and bite you right where it hurts the most, in your wallet..

With the unlimited options now available to the privileged princesses to lay false claims, blackmail you or even use one of the current fanciful laws their self-appointed feminist harbingers have installed will create so many options for uncouth lawyers to formulate just about any possibility of you loosing everything you have. That is if the missus has not screwed you first in the divorce court that is..

So the following recommended practise should be observed in order for you to maintain a great working environment, free of nail polish, unnecessary foibles and a working, clean, uncluttered, harmonious work space..

- Interview all female applicants fairly
- Thank them for coming, tell them you have a lot of qualified applicants seeking the job
- Hire a man and send letters to the females
- If ever their is an inspection, simply claim the most qualified candidates happen to be male, it's a coincidence
- Avoid contracting with the government.

If you fail to follow this method than be prepared to follow in the footsteps of hundreds of employers who have so far had to pay to get rid of their female employees that far exceeds the usual termination pay. If in doubt just Google that..

Here is one male who failed to use that hiring process..

American automotive icon Carroll Shelby has been sued by a former employee for sexual assault.
TMZ reports that Angelica Smith, who began working as a receptionist for the now 88-year-old Shelby in 2005, is accusing the performance parts and car manufacturer of treating her as a “personal servant” and forcing her to go on errands to collect liquor and pornography.
Smith’s complaint adds that Shelby ran a “pervasively hostile work environment” and that he groped her on at least one occasion. It goes on to claim that a fellow employee once drugged and raped her at Shelby’s home and that Shelby “did not take any corrective action,” when she reported the incident to him. The alleged rapist is also a target of the lawsuit.
Sometime after the incident, Smith was relieved of her position at Shelby’s company.
In response to the lawsuit, Shelby’s lawyer, M. Neil Cummings, issued the following statement:
“Carroll Shelby is disappointed that such wild and fantastical allegations have been made by a former employee. The fact is that her position was no longer required due to Mr. Shelby's age, health and work schedule. But this apparently disgruntled former employee and her counsel have chosen to turn this into yet another prematurely publicized, frivolous lawsuit against a public figure. Carroll Shelby has full confidence in the judicial system and believes that the truth will come out through the legal process.”
In addition to the sports cars built by Shelby American Inc., Shelby’s name currently appears on a model that is sold by the Ford Motor Company, the Mustang Shelby GT500.
Smith is seeking $5 million in damages.

Amazingly, women have absolutely no problem with exposing their relationship with men at the drop of a hat or should I say "Money". It is fascinating how men very rarely mention anything about their relationships, men like Clooney will toss any female who does, which they still apparently fail to comprehend. But we have the endless cycle of women "exposing" their inane behaviour for all to see and do not realise that their episode is just a constant source of amusement and hilarity. One does have to have a screw loose when they keep repeating the same problem over and over again like some mindless lemming whose dive off the cliff did not do what it was suppose to and goes back to attempt that again hoping for a better result..

I thought Dunce was an absolute pain in the arse in the Spiderman movies and it was just another "hero" movie to destroy that character as they have done with nearly all the heroes. They have refashioned them to be wimps and cow-towers to women who are sooo strong and in control of their feelings. The whole Hollywood propaganda machine has been exposed for what it really is. Designed to spread the feminist hate-fest and people are falling for it left, right and centre..

She's a top Hollywood actress, has dated some of the world's most desirable men and she is about to star in another hit movie. But Kirsten Dunst is as human as any of us.
Speaking candidly to Elle, the actress, 29, reveals that she 'has cried a lot over boys' and reminisces about her former flame, Razorlight frontman, Johnny Borrell.
She said: 'We all want the bad guy who doesn't give you what you want. I did a lot of sitting in my car, listening to sad music, crying over boys.'

So some rather succinct comments trying to interpret the female mind and thought process which is ofcourse mostly incomprehensible, apparently to both sexes..

If intelligence is defined as that which is centered around logical reasoning I don't see any reason that this shouldn't be true. When a woman creates drama she willingly decides to change her own emotions in order to try to be the center of attention. In most logical contexts emotional security (or even a sense of being noticed) is a short-term illusion thus women lack foresight, and the logic required to think of the universe they live in instead of themselves

So she's saying all women want a man who doesn't give them what they want in a relationship. Makes sense. How many guys would say about a woman they've been dating "She's a real bitch who doesn't have anything I want in a woman. She's perfect. What man could resist her?" Am I missing something or is Ms. Dunce psychotic?
